Returns / Exchanges:
Cancellations: Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds, (unless we are notified within 24-hours cancellation notice) we offer exchanges and refunds in the form of a STORE CREDIT ONLY. Once our item has been shipped, and you decide to cancel, we cannot issue a refund unless it is for an exchange only. A 24-hour cancellation notice must be requested after your order has been purchased in order for you to receive a monetary refund without any penalties. A cancellations fee of $20 will be applied if your cancellation request has gone beyond our 24-hour cancellation notice/policy. This $20 fee will be charged/taken off your refund amount issued in the form a STORE CREDIT. Shopping with Addicted2Fashion is very important to our team. We understand that sometimes things happen, so therefore, we respectfully request at least a 24-hour notice for cancellations. Please understand that when you forget, cancel or change your mind without giving us adequate notice, we miss the opportunity to sell the item you purchased to another customer who also missed the opportunity to purchased that same item with A2F. Our 24-hour cancellation policy, gives us time to inform our processing department along with our shipping and re-stocking team. All Sale items are final!. All refunds for returned merchandise can only be issued in the form of a store credit. Any or all damaged items, you will have 48hrs to report to us online(www.Addicted2Fashionassist@gmail.com ) or on our Contact page with a complete detail regarding the damaged item/s. This report must include the order number along with a description and pricing information. We will require a visible photograph of the damaged item/s in question. All item/s must return in it’s original shipping state 7 days of the original shipment date. After a careful review on the damaged returned item/s, we will confirm the information you have provided and review the condition of the item(s). If all of the relevant criteria have been met, we will process a refund.* Refunds are issued back as a store credit only.*
o Your store credit will arrive via email to your email associated with your ADDICTED2FASHION account.
o The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable. if you have requested one; alternatively, if you have asked for an exchange instead, the replacement will be sent to you.
Exchanged items will be for the same style, in another color or size at the same price. Shipping and processing charges are Non refundable.
PLEASE NOTE– Returns that are received after the 7th business day from the shipment date, will not be accepted. If you would like to have the merchandise back that you sent us past the return date you will need to pay the return shipping cost. If you send us items that are ineligible for return we will not accept them; therefore you will need to pay return shipping fees if you would like them back.
Should you find any item to be materially defective, the item/s must be returned to us in the same condition as it was sent within (7) seven calendar business days after receiving the garment/merchandise – garment must be unwashed, unworn and with all the original tags affixed. Although we carefully check all merchandise for visible defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the buyer’s responsibility to check the product upon its arrival to make sure it is free from any defects or problems. Damaged goods due to client negligence or items without their tags will not be accepted for refund. Details of the requested replacement item: the item number, the name and color your shipping address, Email address and phone number.
*DUE TO VARIATIONS IN PRINT MATERIAL WE CANNOT GUARANTEE YOUR COLOR WILL BE THE EXACT MATCH.SLIGHT COLOR VARIANCE SHOULD BE EXPECTED.COLORS MAY VARY ON DIFFERENT MATERIALS.
*Please note that we are unable to process any returned items which have been sent back without our prior agreement. All returned items must have an order number.
Missing items or wrong items:
Customers are able to obtain an exchange or refund in the event of damaged or missing items, wrong size sent (on our part), or incorrectly shipped items. A reshipping service will be arranged in either event. A store credit will be offered in the event of the merchandise being unavailable for reshipping or sold out items.You will simply need to return the item in a new and unused condition. Fill out the Return/Exchange document sent to you, with the item number, size, color and price etc. Indicate the reason for returning the item and your resolution request in the form of a store credit or merchandise exchange at the same price. In the event of your item being sold out at the time, we will notify you regarding your ordered item being out of stock and alternatively offer you an exchange in the same price range or style. In the event you decide to have a refund for your item, this will be offered in the form of a STORE CREDIT ONLY.
*Please ensure you open the parcel and verify the contents carefully before signing for the package.
*Please be aware that all returns damaged or otherwise will be strictly at the expense of you the customer.
