ALL SALES ARE FINAL! For any or damaged item, customer has 48hrs to report to us online with a complete detail regarding the damaged item. This report must include the order number along with the item description and price.
We will require a visible photograph of the damaged item/s. All items must be returned in its original shipping state. After a careful review on the damaged returned item/s, you will receive a response with in 7 business days of delivery. Please be aware that all returns damaged or otherwise will be at the expense of the customer.
If all the relevant criteria has been met, we will process a refund in the form of original payment if you have requested one. Alternatively, if you have asked for an exchange instead, the replacement will be sent to you. Exchange items will be for the same style in another color or size and the same price. How do I return or exchange an item?Missing or wrong item sent.

A store credit will be offered at the merchandise price in event of items being on available for reshipping you will simply need to return the item in a new and unused condition. Fill out the return/exchange document sent to you, with the item number size color prirce etc. Please indicate the reason for returning the item and your resolution request in the form of a tore credit or merchandise exchange at the same price.

How do I check my order's status?My Account allows you to check the status of your order and order history. In order to view your account & order status, you must register with Addicted2Fashion by signing in using your email address, then create a new password. If your email address changes, sign on with original email address then you can change to new address under account info. Then you can create new password. You will have complete access to your order history and current order details. Orders are fulfilled Mon to Friday Only.
